Senior Project Manager – Low-Code AI Projects

Company Overview

Playbook Sports is looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead our low-code AI projects. In this strategic role, you will drive project success by mentoring teams, interfacing with clients, and ensuring that complex projects are delivered on time and within budget. Your passion for sports and deep organizational skills will be essential in overcoming technical challenges and removing project bottlenecks.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership:

  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex low-code AI projects.
  • Provide direction and mentorship to project teams, fostering a collaborative work environment.

Documentation & Communication:

  • Develop and oversee comprehensive technical documentation, including project roadmaps, technical solution descriptions, and status reports.
  • Maintain proactive communication with clients and stakeholders, ensuring alignment with project objectives.

Problem Resolution & Process Improvement:

  • Identify and resolve project challenges and bottlenecks efficiently.
  • Analyze project processes and implement improvements to enhance team performance and project outcomes.

Team & Client Management:

  • Act as the senior point of contact for client interactions, managing expectations and delivering timely solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive best practices in project management.

Qualifications :

  • 5 years minimum extensive project management experience, preferably with low-code platforms and AI projects.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead complex projects and mentor junior team members.
  • Superior organizational and leadership skills.
  • Excellent communication skills with a proven ability to explain technical details clearly.
  • Strong problem-solving aptitude and the ability to work under pressure.
  • A genuine passion for sports with a solid understanding of the sports industry.
  • Must be available to work USA EST hours.
  • Proficiency in agile methodologies and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php50, Php63,000.00 per month
