​Key Responsibilities:

  • End User Support:

  • Provide support on O365, PC, mobile, printers, network connectivity, and maintenance on end user devices.

  • Adhere to company service level agreements on ticket response and resolution.

  • Infrastructure Asset Management:

  • Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure assets and ensure data integrity and security.

  • Project Support:

  • Assist in the planning and execution of IT infrastructure projects.

  • Security and Compliance:

  • Ensure compliance with IT and IT security policies and procedures.

  • Documentation and Reporting:

  • Maintain accurate documentation of infrastructure configurations, processes, and procedures.

  • Process IT vendor invoices in a timely manner.
  • Provide recommendations for infrastructure improvements and optimizations.

  • Collaboration and Communication:

  • Work closely with IT teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless infrastructure operations.

  • Communicate effectively with non-technical users to provide support and training as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in ​a​ny computer or IT related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in PC, printers, and network support and troubleshooting or a similar role.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Working Conditions:

  • ​F​ull on-site with occasional travel to other company locations.

Others:

  • Job location: BGC, Taguig
  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday (Day shift) but will do OT if required by the customer
  • Contractual/Project-based coterminous to project assignment
