Job Summary:

The Crew Trainer guides, trains, and motivates team members (Zarkers) to achieve performance goals, uphold company standards, and foster a positive, growth-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Train and coach new and existing employees to ensure operational excellence.
  • Support new store openings and act as part of the rescue team for underperforming or understaffed branches.
  • Conduct coaching visits, mock audits, and official evaluations with the Training and Quality team.
  • Administer examinations, station certifications, and performance assessments.
  • Monitor, document, and report employee progress.
  • Ensure compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) on food safety, service quality, and overall operations.
  • Serve as key personnel during major company events and activities.
