  • Provide basic healthcare services, including first aid, health assessments, and emergency treatment for workplace injuries and illnesses.
  • Develop and implement health and safety programs, conduct health education workshops, and promote healthy lifestyle choices among employees.
  • Maintain accurate health records for all employees, documenting injuries, illnesses, and treatments while ensuring confidentiality.
  • Schedule and coordinate annual physical examinations and other similar examinations.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety standards and industry codes.

Qualifications:

  • Registered Nurse with active license
  • Minimum of two years of experience as a company nurse or similar role
  • Strong knowledge of workplace health and safety regulations
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize
  • Good physical condition and stamina
  • Basic knowledge in preparing and maintaining records
  • Proficiency in MS Office and knowledge of database systems
