Job Responsibilities:

It involves assisting customers with booking flights, modifying existing reservations, and handling related inquiries via phone, email, or in-person. Key responsibilities include providing fare information, processing payments, resolving issues like cancellations or overbookings, and documenting interactions accurately. Strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and proficiency with specialized reservation systems are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications:

  • College graduate with 6 Months Call Center Experience
  • For Senior High School graduate OR Undergrad Completed 2 years / 4 semesters, minimum of 6 months BPO Experience is a must
  • Excellent English Communication Skills.
  • With or without Work Experience (with Excellent Communication Skills).
  • Willing to work on shifting schedules and holidays
  • Willing to work ASAP
  • Willing to work onsite in Cebu City
