About the role:

We are seeking an experienced TABLEAU DEVELOPER to join our team at MISNet on a contract basis. As a Tableau Developer, you will create and maintain data visualizations and dashboards using the Tableau platform. This is an on-site position, with the opportunity to work from our client's office in Pasay City

What you'll be doing:

  • Designing and developing interactive Tableau dashboards and visualizations to support our clients' data analysis and decision-making needs.
  • Connecting to various data sources and transforming data to ensure accurate and meaningful visualizations.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to understand their requirements and translating them into effective Tableau solutions.
  • Troubleshooting and optimizing Tableau reports and dashboards to improve performance and user experience.
  • Providing training and support to end-users on Tableau functionality and best practices.
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest Tableau features and industry trends to recommend improvements and enhancements.

What we're looking for:

  • 3+ years of hands-on development experience as a Tableau Developer or Business Intelligence Analyst.
  • Proficiency in creating complex Tableau dashboards, visualizations, and calculations.
  • Strong skills in data modeling, data blending, and data transformation using Tableau Prep.
  • Familiarity with a variety of data sources, including relational databases, cloud-based data warehouses, and APIs
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and address data-related issues
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  • Familiarity with agile project management methodologies
  • Willing to work ONSITE in our client's office in Pasay on a day shift under an initial 3-month contract, with the possibility of an extension.
  • Willing to start work immediately.
