Your Mission

Business Immersion & Learning

  • Rotate across departments such as Control Tower and Freight Operations.
  • Learn policies, workflows, and interdepartmental processes.
  • Attend coordination meetings and take on assigned roles.

Project Management & Process Improvement

  • Support managers through data analysis and identifying improvement opportunities.
  • Design, present, and implement projects that enhance efficiency or introduce new services.
  • Conduct post-project reviews and present outcomes to executives.

Leadership Development & Administration

  • Assist in people management and administrative reporting.
  • Develop leadership skills and competencies to transition into a managerial role.
