How We Do It
We are accountable for every aspect of our property's creation and existence. Site selection, acquisition, development, design, construction, furniture manufacturing, laundry and property management are all looked after by our in-house teams which translates to higher standards in our properties, service, and customer expectations.

We are committed to providing compliant and locally beneficial short-term property rentals that add value to our guests. We work with local governments and homeowner associations to develop standards and provide industry-wide leadership so our guests can relax and enjoy their time with us.
What You'll Do
The ideal candidate will have experience in hospitality or short-term rental operations, be highly proficient in Excel, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced, data-driven environment. You will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy of revenue data, performing reconciliations, and analyzing trends to identify discrepancies, while supporting the company's growth across multiple regions.
Audit & Verification
- Conduct daily audits of financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Verify revenue streams, including room bookings, ancillary services, and third-party OTA commissions.
- Follow up on chargebacks, refunds, and disputes to ensure timely resolution.
Revenue Analysis & Reconciliation
- Perform bank reconciliations and ensure all payments are accurately recorded.
- Analyze large datasets to detect discrepancies in sales, rates, or commissions.
- Work with the team to identify patterns and suggest solutions for revenue discrepancies.
Systems & Reporting
- Utilize Property Management Systems (PMS) and other hospitality tools to track and reconcile financial data.
- Prepare accurate monthly and ad-hoc financial reports for management.
- Highlight key insights, trends, and areas for improvement.
Collaboration & Communication
- Communicate effectively with internal teams across different regions and time zones.
- Collaborate with operations, IT, and customer service teams to resolve discrepancies and improve processes.
- Provide guidance and support to junior auditors or colleagues when needed.
Process Improvement & Compliance
- Identify opportunities for process improvement within revenue and audit procedures.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, company policies, and relevant financial regulations.
What You'll Bring
- 2+ years of experience in income auditing, accounting, or revenue management, preferably within hospitality or short-term rentals.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis).
- Familiarity with Property Management Systems (PMS) and OTA commission structures is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in an international team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with high attention to detail.
- Experience leading or mentoring a team is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Hospitality Management, or a related field is preferred but not required.
