Key Responsibilities

Customer Service

  • Greet customers warmly and provide assistance with product selection.
  • Serve frozen yogurt, toppings, and beverages in line with company quality standards.
  • Handle customer concerns or inquiries courteously and promptly.
  • Promote ongoing offers, promotions, or loyalty programs to customers.

Store Operations

  • Perform opening and closing duties as assigned.
  • Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately for transactions.
  • Assist with inventory management by restocking products and monitoring supplies.
  • Ensure that frozen yogurt machines and equipment are properly cleaned and maintained.
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the store, dining area, counters, and equipment.

Teamwork & Support

  • Cooperate with fellow team members to achieve daily sales and service targets.
  • Follow the guidance of the OIC or Store Supervisor to ensure smooth operations.
  • Participate in training sessions and apply learned skills to improve service and efficiency.

Qualifications

  • At least a Senior High School graduate; College level is an advantage.
  • With prior experience in food & beverage or retail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Friendly, approachable, and customer-oriented.
  • Flexible schedule and willingness to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
  • Basic knowledge of cash handling and POS system is a plus.
