As an Accountant, you will oversee financial reporting and reconciliations for CAM portfolios, support cross-division accounting tasks, and collaborate with a U.S.-based team. • The Qualifications We Seek
• Minimum 1-3 years business accounting experience
• Excellent English-language communication skills (oral and written)
• Excellent educational credentials with a focus on accounting
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) credential is a plus
• Familiarity with GAAP accounting standards
• High comfort level with technology, especially web-based software and platforms
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment producing high-quality results
• Can easily build rapport with team members, other staff, clients, and service providers

Your Daily Tasks

• Assume ownership of the reconciliation process for CAM buildings/portfolios
• Summarize financial status by preparing balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and reports
• Review monthly financial statements for CAM buildings/portfolios
• Handle direct financial reporting for a portfolio of community condo and homeowners' associations, including reconciliations and monthly reporting packets
• Work with a U.S.-based accounting department to reconcile and report on related CAM and corporate accounts
• Prepare payments by verifying documentation and requesting disbursements
• Support budget planning and forecasting
• Assist in onboarding new community associations
• Respond to accounting procedure queries
• Contribute to internal accounting and operations process improvements
