The QA/QC Engineer will be responsible for ensuring that all construction works meet the required quality standards, specifications, and safety regulations. This role involves developing inspection plans, conducting quality checks, and coordinating with the project team to maintain compliance throughout the project duration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement QA/QC procedures and inspection plans for the project.
  • Conduct quality inspections and tests on materials, equipment, and workmanship.
  • Monitor construction activities to ensure adherence to approved plans, specifications, and standards.
  • Review and verify test reports, material certifications, and quality documents.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to resolve quality-related issues.
  • Maintain QA/QC records, reports, and documentation for project reference.
  • Assist in preparing punch lists and verifying completion of corrective actions.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • Licensed Civil Engineer (PRC) preferred but not required.
  • At least 2 years of experience in QA/QC within the construction industry.
  • Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and quality control standards.
  • Proficient in MS Office and familiar with quality management tools.
  • Excellent attention to detail, documentation, and reporting skills.
  • Willing to work on-site in Bacoor, Cavite.
  • Can commit to a 6-month project-based engagement.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks under pressure.
