The Electrical Engineer will be responsible for designing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and improving electrical systems used in industrial machinery and equipment. The role ensures safe, efficient, and reliable operation of electrical components, control systems, and power distribution to support production and maintenance operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and implement electrical systems and controls for industrial equipment and machinery.
  • Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance of electrical components, panels, motors, drives, PLCs, and automation systems.
  • Troubleshoot and repair electrical issues in industrial machines to minimize downtime.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards, electrical codes, and industry regulations.
  • Collaborate with mechanical and production teams to optimize equipment performance.
  • Prepare technical drawings, schematics, and documentation for electrical systems.
  • Evaluate and recommend upgrades, modifications, or new equipment to improve efficiency.
  • Support installation and commissioning of new industrial equipment.
  • Provide technical training and guidance to operators and maintenance staff.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • Proven experience in electrical maintenance and design for industrial machinery.
  • Strong knowledge of PLCs, VFDs, motor control systems, and automation.
  • Proficiency in electrical design software (AutoCAD Electrical, EPLAN, etc.).
  • Familiarity with industrial safety standards and preventive maintenance practices.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.

Working Schedule

  • MONDAY TO SATURDAY (8AM TO 5PM)

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: Php25, Php30,000.00 per month
