CAREER OPPORTUNITY AVAILABLE:

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Cadet Engineer to join our organization. This is an entry-level position designed for recent engineering graduates who want to gain hands-on experience across various technical and operational areas. The successful candidate will undergo structured training and work under the guidance of experienced Engineers and Supervisors to develop practical skills in design, process improvement, equipment maintenance, project management and/ or people management—depending on the department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning, implementing, and monitoring projects and daily operations.
  • Support the teams in troubleshooting and improving equipment, processes, or systems.
  • Perform data collection, analysis, and reporting to support decision-making.
  • Participate in root cause analysis, process audits, and quality improvement initiatives.
  • Help prepare technical documentation such as drawings, SOPs, and work instructions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production, QA, and maintenance.
  • Adhere to safety, quality, and environmental standards.
  • Attend training sessions and complete assigned development modules.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Electronics and Communications, Industrial, Manufacturing, etc.).
  • Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of related experience.
  • Good analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and eagerness to learn.
  • Basic knowledge of engineering tools, AutoCAD/SolidWorks, or process flow understanding
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
