 MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB:

Support the growth of GI Motor business by performing pricing processes adherent to AXA's Product Pricing guidelines.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

➢Recommends assumptions appropriate for new and existing products.
➢Develops pricing models consistent with product features and assumptions.
➢Generates profitability and sensitivity results and analyzes key product risks.
➢Recommends premium rates for new and existing products that are aligned with AXA's product standards and profitability requirements.
➢Provides technical support for product initiatives and campaigns.
➢Provides assistance in product design changes to increase market competitiveness.
➢Monitors profitability and key risks of AXA's product portfolio and recommends repricing or product pull-out if required.

KEY STAKEHOLDERS:

1. Internal (not limited to):
➢Distribution, Underwriting, Reinsurance, Actuarial Reserving, Finance, Claims, Risk Management
2. External (not limited to):
➢International Markets, Insurance Commission, Distribution Partners

➢Graduate of BS Mathematics, Actuarial Science, Statistics, or related courses
➢Near Associate or Associate level of a recognized actuarial institute
➢At least 2 to 5 years of work experience in GI Motor pricing required
➢Analytical, problem solving and critical thinking skills
➢Able to collaborate effectively with stakeholders and customers
➢Excellent verbal and written English communication skills required, ability to communicate technical details to a non-technical audience
➢Highly proficient in MS Office Applications
➢With exposure to any programming language or statistical software (VBA, SQL, Power BI, R, Python).
➢Preferably with actuarial software experience (Akur8, ResQ, Prophet, AXIS, etc.)
