□ Job Positions * Financial Modeler (for infra-PPP projects)

  • Financial Modeling: Develop, maintain, and enhance complex financial models for infrastructure PPP, IPP, and real estate projects, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry standards
  • Feasibility Analysis: Conduct thorough financial analyses to assess the viability and profitability of potential projects, including sensitivity and scenario analyses
  • Due Diligence: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to perform due diligence, evaluating financial, technical, and legal aspects of projects
  • Risk Assessment: Identify and evaluate financial risks associated with projects, proposing mitigation strategies to ensure financial sustainability
  • Reporting: Prepare and present detailed financial reports, investment memoranda, and presentations to senior management

□ Qualification and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; advanced degrees are a plus
  • Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in project finance within accounting firms, investment banks, or asset management companies, with a focus on
    infrastructure PPP and IPP projects

※ Must have infrastructure (airport, road, rail, renewable etc) Modeling or Model reviewing experience in Philippines

  • Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Review of Feasibility Study(F/S) Reports and analyze
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proactive and self-motivated attitude and managing the team
  • Understanding legal Documents and Financial Documents
