Position Overview

Seeking an experienced Business Development Analyst to support the OASIS‑SB Small Business IDIQ contract vehicle, focusing on federal opportunity research, pipeline management, and proposal support across DoD and federal civilian agencies.

Key Duties

  • Research & Opportunity Tracking

Identify and analyze OASIS‑SB solicitations, including RFIs, Sources Sought Notices, and RFPs across Pools 1, 3, and 4.

  • Pipeline & CRM Management

Maintain and update the KTC OASIS‑SB opportunity pipeline within CRM tools. Generate accurate, timely reports for executives and the OASIS‑SB Program Manager.

  • Government Outreach

Engage with Contracting Officers and Specialists to confirm RFI/RFP dates, acquisition strategies, and opportunity data.

  • Proposal & Capture Support

Provide targeted research and capture support for ongoing proposals, RFIs, and Sources Sought initiatives as requested.

  • Data Monitoring & Reporting

Track multiple government information sources for contract opportunities. Generate and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly reports using MS Word/Excel and other file formats.

  • Teaming & Training

Support partnership relationships, and lead OASIS‑SB operational briefings and training sessions for internal and external stakeholders.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Public Administration).
  • At least 3 years of federal government business development experience for prime contractors.
  • 3 years of experience using:
  • GSA eBuy
  • GOVWIN
  • GOVTribe
  • Microsoft Office 365
  • At least 24 months of experience researching federal BD data via FedBizOps, GSA Schedule, or IDIQ contracts.

Clearance Requirement

  • A valid Secret Security Clearance is required.
