Ecosystems are built on platforms that support multi-participant markets and multi-point

participants in these ecosystems. This can be made clearer by way of example. For the financial services platform, the resulting ecosystem has the following participants:

● Financial institutions such as rural bank and non-bank financial institutions (coops, lenders etc.)

● Customers of these financial institutions

● Financial service providers that leverage the platform such as lenders and insurers

● Technology providers that build solutions on top of the platform

JUNIOR FINANCIAL ANALYST

Profile Summary:

Help the CFO drive growth, profitability, and value creation by performing financial analysis work that will allow the company to make data-driven decisions.

Duties shall include preparation of financial budget/forecast, conducting regular management performance reports, and providing analytical support to the leadership team and business units.

Responsibilities:

1. Assist the CFO in the annual budget and 5-yr Business Plan preparation by developing and running the company's financial model, doing research, industry and market analysis, and working with the different business and functional units in transforming business plans into revenue and cost drivers.
2. Prepare the necessary financial and performance reports and analysis to the management team and to the board.
3. Provide financial advisory services to the business and functional teams to help them on business cases and analyze their strategies and performance.
4. Provide analytical support to the Venture Capital team.
5. Assist the CFO in Treasury and Financial Controllership.

• Strong attention to detail.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in management engineering, business administration and accountancy, management, finance, mathematics, or related field.
  Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

• Involved in extracurricular activities
• Has relevant subjects/coursework in accounting and/or finance.
