We are seeking a highly meticulous and integrity-driven (M) Drug Test Analyst to join our clinic team. This role is crucial for ensuring the accurate, secure, and compliant execution of all drug testing services, particularly focusing on sample integrity and regulatory standards.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Specimen Collection & Custody (COC): Perform accurate urine and other specimen collections, strictly adhering to Chain of Custody (COC) protocols and sample integrity procedures. This includes onsite and field collections (home service/corporate testing).
  • Initial Screening & Analysis: Perform initial screening tests (e.g., immunoassay) for various substances. Prepare and process samples for confirmatory testing, ensuring all labeling and documentation are precise.
  • Instrumentation & QC: Operate, calibrate, and maintain specialized drug testing equipment. Conduct daily Quality Control (QC) checks and maintain accurate records of equipment performance and reagent stability.
  • Result Validation & Reporting: Meticulously verify, validate, and sign off on all drug test results, ensuring strict compliance with DOH/Dangerous Drugs Board (DDB) reporting standards, including proper disposition of positive and negative results.
  • Compliance & Administration: Maintain the facility's compliance with DOH licensing and DDB regulations. Assist with documentation for proficiency testing, license renewals, and internal audits.
  • Resource Management & Safety: Proactively manage inventory of drug testing kits, reagents, and supplies. Maintain a clean, secure, and organized laboratory environment, prioritizing the security and storage of samples.
  • Reporting: Compile and submit statistical and operational reports (daily/weekly/monthly) related to testing volume, results, and resource usage to management.

Qualifications:

  • Must be a Registered Medical Technologist (RMT) with a valid PRC license (preferred, but training certification from a DOH-accredited drug testing center is required).
  • Must be certified or willing to undergo training as a Drug Test Analyst by a DOH-accredited training institution.
  • Detail-oriented with an unwavering commitment to integrity and security in handling forensic specimens.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for secure donor interaction and maintaining professional conduct in field settings.
  • Physically fit

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php22, Php25,000.00 per month
