We are a collective group of food brands and concepts such as Chika-an sa Cebu, Big Mao Foodlab, Brique, Creative Cuisine Catering Services, Big Daddy, Da In Korean Restaurant, Parola Seaview Restaurant, Sutukil by the Bay, Kubu Restaurant, Kaffee Alde and ETTAS.

Position: BAKESHOP STORE TEAMLEADER

Job Description

The Bakeshop Store Teamleader is responsible for overseeing daily operations of the bakeshop, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction, product quality, and team performance. This role requires a hands-on leader who can manage both baked and savory offerings such as pasta, sandwiches, and pastries. The Teamleader ensures that the store meets sales targets, maintains food safety standards, and provides a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate all store activities including front-of-house, kitchen, and inventory operations
  • Monitor product quality and consistency for both baked goods and savory menu items
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
  • Manage employee schedules, performance, and training
  • Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a professional manner
  • Conduct regular inventory checks and place orders to maintain optimal stock levels
  • Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve targets
  • Maintain cleanliness and visual merchandising of the store
  • Collaborate with management and kitchen team for menu planning and promotions
  • Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales and operations reports

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in a bakeshop, café, or casual dining restaurant
  • Strong understanding of bakery and savory operations (e.g., pasta, salads, sandwiches)
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills
  • Strong customer service orientation with problem-solving ability
  • Proficient in inventory control, costing, and cash handling
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of basic computer applications and POS systems
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Willing to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays
