Creative Cuisine Group is a group of restaurants owned and managed by the Dytian siblings, who are recognized professionals in the Philippine culinary industry, particularly in Cebu.

The business started in the year 1991 when Kaffee Alde bakeshop opened, and now we are expanding as we launched other brands and opened the franchise over Visayas and Mindanao.

We are a collective group of food brands and concepts such as Chika-an sa Cebu, Big Mao Foodlab, Brique, Creative Cuisine Catering Services, Big Daddy, Da In Korean Restaurant, Parola Seaview Restaurant, Sutukil by the Bay, Kubu Restaurant, Kaffee Alde and ETTAS.

Position: KITCHEN SUPERVISOR

Oversee the kitchen operation. Making sure that the quantity and quality of the product is based on the standard recipe. Takes responsibility for setting the expectation for all kitchen team members to work as a team to maximize productivity. Responsible for the speed and accuracy of the team. Cost monitoring for all the products needed for the operation.

Qualifications:

-Bachelor's degree in HRM, Culinary or a related course

-Proven work experience as a Kitchen Supervisor or a similar position for at least 1-2 years in the hospitality industry

-Can work under pressure and with less supervision

-Proactive and Customer-Oriented Service Mindset

  • Knowledgeable of cooking techniques and recipes with profound skills in operating various kitchen equipment

  • Well-versed in the food safety and sanitation, in depth knowledge of food service operations

-Strong leadership skills and flexible in any shift

-Willing to be assigned at within Cebu City Restaurant operation stores and other municipalities such as: (PASEO ARCENAS-BANAWA, SM SEASIDE STORES, PAROLA NAGA, LAHUG STORES, PARKMALL, PUEBLO, MACTAN, PAROLA DANAO, CONSOLACION, SUDLON-LAHUG, IL CORSO, PAROLA CORDOVA, ROBINSONS GALLERIA STORES, IT PARK STORE, SM JMALL)
