Your Team & Mission
You'll join a small (7 person) tight-knit team of accounting professionals working remotely across the Philippines, working closely via video call with each other and live chat. Our CEO Amanda is directly involved every day, and you have a great team to rely on and learn from.

What You'll Need to Bring
Non-Negotiable Requirements:
- At least 1 year of professional customer service, collections, data entry, or administrative experience
- Superior English communication skills (verbal and written)—this is THE key requirement
- Meticulous attention to detail with proven accuracy in data entry
- Professional experience communicating with English-speaking clients or customers
- Stable high-speed internet and uninterrupted power supply at your home office
- Availability to work 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM Central Standard Time (USA)

What Your Days Will Look Like
Morning: Review your daily AP/AR checklist and prioritize collection calls
Mid-Morning: Make outbound collection calls to U.S. businesses, maintaining professional warmth while securing commitments
Afternoon: Process data entry for invoices, payments, and bills in QuickBooks Online and with meticulous accuracy
Throughout the Day: Respond to Zoho Desk tickets same-day, answer inbound client calls, update payment information, and resolve account inquiries
End of Day: Complete account reconciliation support, document all communications, and if you've cleared your checklist early—dive into learning new accounting skills
Key Performance Expectations:
- All tickets and reminders resolved day-of-issue
- All required collection calls completed daily

The Reality Check

This is high-volume work. You'll have a full checklist every single day. Time pressure is real and constant.
Some customers will be upset. You'll need to handle difficult conversations professionally while protecting our reputation.
Accuracy is non-negotiable. Mistakes in financial data have real consequences. Your attention to detail must be flawless.
The hours are fixed. 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM CST means working during American business hours. Your internet and power must be rock-solid reliable.
Your English must be exceptional. Not good. Not pretty good. Exceptional. You'll talk to Americans all day, every day.

Required QualificationsEducation
- Bachelor's degree required (four-year program)
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration preferred
- Minimum of one (1) year of professional experience in customer service, collections, data entry, or a related administrative role
- Experience communicating professionally with English-speaking or U.S.-based clients required
Exceptional English Communication:
Strong verbal communication skills in English, including clear pronunciation, professional vocabulary, and the ability to manage difficult or escalated customer conversations
Attention to Detail:
Proven ability to maintain high accuracy in high-volume data entry environments with minimal supervision
Time Management:
Demonstrated ability to efficiently complete structured daily checklists while working under time-sensitive conditions
