Treasury Associate

Job Summary:
Provides support in the preparation, organization, and submission of required documents for CTS financing and other bank-related transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- CTS Financing: Gathers and verifies the completeness of documents such as the Contract to Sell (CTS), Bank Information Sheet (BIS), Reimbursement Authorization (RA), valid IDs, Proof of Income, and Special Power of Attorney (SPA) with corresponding ID (if applicable) for bank loan processing.
- Short-Term Loans: Prepares and checks necessary paperwork, including CTS, Tax Receipts, Tax Declarations, and License to Sell, for loan applications.
- Reviews buyer's payment records, construction progress, and title status before loan release.
- Coordinates with bank representatives regarding document requirements and drawdown schedules.
- Liaises with internal departments to secure documents needed by banks for loan availment, accreditation, and record updates.
- Prepares Requests for Payment (RFP) and drawdown documents when necessary.
- Performs other duties as may be assigned by the immediate superior or department head.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in any Business-related course
- At least 6 months to 1 year of relevant work experience
- Proficient in basic computer applications (MS Office)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
