YGG Pilipinas is looking for a Senior Multimedia Producer who lives and breathes digital storytelling. This is not just an art-for-art role; we're after someone who understands the why behind every pixel and frame. You'll be designing and editing content that helps us win attention, earn love, and drive real results across social, campaigns, and community platforms. What You Get To Do:

  • Create content that moves: from scroll-stopping statics and TikToks to motion graphics and branded visuals
  • Lead the visual execution for campaigns across formats (TikToks, Reels, carousels, banners, merch, and more)
  • Turn marketing briefs into creative executions that resonate with Filipino gaming and Web3 communities
  • Edit short-form videos (CapCut or Premiere), build animated graphics, and deliver assets that drive engagement
  • Collaborate with marketing, copy, and community teams to ensure every output hits both creative and business goals
  • Guard and evolve the YGG Pilipinas visual identity while adapting to specific campaign or partner needs
  • Own timelines, revisions, and outputs: no art just for art's sake, but always with intention

Who We're Looking For:

  • 3–5 years of experience in design, content production, or multimedia for digital brands or agencies
  • Strong portfolio that shows static, motion, and short-form video work across different channels
  • Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere), plus CapCut and Canva
  • Experience designing for TikTok or Reels; you understand hooks, pacing, and native platform design
  • Strong instincts for Filipino internet culture, memes, community dynamics, and digital storytelling
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines while collaborating cross-functionally

  • Light animation skills or interest in motion storytelling
