Baden Bower, a leading PR agency specializing in guaranteed publication on major digital platforms, is seeking a skilled and talented Writer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for crafting compelling stories for publication in permanent publications, utilizing Large Language Models (LLMs) to enhance journalist news stories, and managing a portfolio of clients by delivering published news stories on a monthly basis.

Responsibilities

  • Content Creation: Develop engaging stories for publication in prominent digital publications. This involves researching topics, conducting interviews, and synthesizing information into compelling narratives that align with client goals and journalistic standards.
  • LLM Integration: Leverage Large Language Models (LLMs) to assist in generating and refining journalist news stories. This includes understanding how to effectively prompt LLMs, evaluating their output, and integrating their suggestions into final drafts to enhance content quality and efficiency.
  • Client Management: Manage a list of clients by delivering published news stories on a monthly basis. This role requires strong communication skills to understand client needs, ensure timely delivery, and maintain high client satisfaction through regular updates and feedback.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with editors and other team members to refine content, ensure accuracy, and meet publication standards. This includes participating in editorial meetings and contributing to the development of content strategies.
  • Adaptability: Stay updated on industry trends and developments in journalism and AI technology to continuously improve writing skills and adapt to new tools and methodologies.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience: At least one year of experience in the writing field and for international clients.

Skills

  • Excellent writing, editing, and research skills.
  • Proficiency in using LLMs and HubSpot and
  • Strong understanding of journalistic principles and ethical standards.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective client management.
