Job Summary:

We are looking for a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide healthcare services to employees and support workplace health and safety programs. The role includes administering first aid, conducting health assessments, managing medical records, and assisting the Health, Safety, Security, and Environment (HSSE) Officer in safety audits, risk assessments, and emergency response initiatives.

Qualification:

  • Must be a Registered Nurse (RN) in the Philippines with a valid PRC license.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome; experience in occupational health is an advantage.
  • Preferably with Basic Occupational Safety and Health (BOSH) Training or willing to undergo training.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle medical emergencies and workplace safety concerns.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide first aid and medical assistance to employees.
  • Conduct health monitoring, medical check-ups, and wellness programs.
  • Maintain medical records and ensure compliance with DOLE health standards.
  • Assist the HSSE Officer for regulatory compliances such as safety inspections, risk assessments, and emergency preparedness programs.
  • Educate employees on workplace safety and disease prevention.
  • Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations.

Working Conditions:

  • Work is primarily conducted in a clinic or office setting within company premises.
  • May involve responding to medical emergencies and assisting in safety drills.
  • Regular collaboration with employees, HR, and the HSSE Officer.

Supervisions:

  • Directly reporting to the HSSE & Compliance Officer.
