Who are we looking for:

As a Company Nurse, you are expected to deliver healthcare services and promote wellness programs within a corporate or industrial environment. Serves as a vital link between the company, its employees, and the broader

healthcare system. Maintains and improves the health of employees, prevents workplace-related illnesses and injuries, and assists in the overall well-being of the workforce.

  • Provide medical services and dispensing of medicines to company personnel
  • Render physical examination, first aid, and routine treatment
  • Evaluate pre-employment medical examination results
  • Provide first aid medicine for emergency purposes
  • Document all employee injuries and illnesses and keep this information confidential
  • Promotes healthy eating and wellness programs
  • Develop and implement health and safety program
  • Improve the health of employees through ongoing programs and health checks
  • Communicate with management on a regular basis
  • Attends health-related seminar and conduct health teachings to an employee as needed

What does it take to be part of the team?

  • Must have a bachelor's degree Nursing or in a related field.
  • Nursing License is required.
  • With 1-2 years working experience as a company nurse or regular nurse
  • Should have first aid experience or Certification as First Aider from the Philippine Red Cross
  • With Comprehensive Clinical Training in Occupational Health and Nursing
  • With excellent communication, organizational and critical-thinking skills
  • Willing to be assigned in: CALAMBA, LAGUNA
