In this role, you'll be instrumental in ensuring data accuracy and integrity across client records, settlement tracking, and internal reporting. Job Highlights
Monthly Rate: USD 765
Number of Paid Hours Per Week: 37.5 hours
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM–6:30 PM EST with a 30-minute unpaid break
Work Arrangement: Work from home
Contract: Independent Contractor
Side Note: Since this is a permanent work-from-home position and the arrangement is that of an "Independent Contractor," the selected candidates must have their own computer and internet connection. They will handle their own benefits and taxes. The professional fees are on hourly rates and the rate depends on your performance in the application process.

Responsibilities

  • Accurately input data related to client interactions, settlement information, and sales activities into Excel spreadsheets

  • Organize and maintain data integrity within spreadsheets

  • Perform basic data analysis to identify trends or provide insights as needed

  • Assist with other administrative tasks to support the sales and operations teams

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data entry, basic formulas, sorting, filtering)

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy

  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills

  • Prior experience in data entry or a related administrative role is a plus
