About the role

As a Warehouse Controller at PHILBLANC COMPANY', you will play a crucial role in managing the company's warehousing and distribution operations in Davao City, Davao del Sur. This full-time position is responsible for overseeing the efficient and effective management of the warehouse, ensuring the timely and accurate processing of incoming and outgoing goods. You will work closely with the logistics team to optimise warehouse processes and contribute to the overall success of the company's supply chain.

What you'll be doing

  1. Manage and coordinate all warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, picking, packing and dispatching goods
  2. Oversee the maintenance of accurate inventory records and ensure optimal stock levels
  3. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce operational costs
  4. Supervise and train warehouse staff, ensuring they adhere to company policies and procedures
  5. Collaborate with the logistics team to plan and execute distribution schedules
  6. Analyse warehouse performance data and provide reports to management
  7. Ensure compliance with relevant health, safety and environmental regulations

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 2 years of experience in a warehouse management role
  2. Strong understanding of warehouse management systems and inventory control processes
  3. Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills with the ability to multitask
  4. Proficient in data analysis and reporting
  5. Effective communication and leadership skills to manage a team
  6. Knowledge of relevant health, safety and environmental regulations
  7. Degree in Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred
