
Real Estate Cold Caller

We are seeking a highly motivated and articulate Real Estate Cold Caller to join our acquisitions team. This role is crucial for generating new leads and sourcing potential investment properties. The ideal candidate must be tenacious, possess excellent communication skills, and thrive in a performance-driven environment. Key Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume cold calls to potential.
- Identify and qualify potential leads by asking probing questions about their needs.
- Articulate the company's value proposition clearly and effectively to secure appointments for the next-level representative.
- Maintain and update the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system with accurate and detailed notes on all interactions, prospect status, and follow-up activities.
- Overcome objections and handle rejection professionally and persistently.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly quotas for calls, contacts, and appointments set.
- Attend team meetings and training sessions to refine calling strategies and market knowledge.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or a similar high-volume phone sales role is a strong plus, preferably within the real estate or financial industries.
- Exceptional verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Native or professional fluency in English (required).
- Ability to handle a high volume of calls (100+ daily) and maintain focus and enthusiasm.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for accurate CRM data entry.
- Self-starter with a competitive drive and a positive, resilient attitude.
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Podio, etc.) is a bonus.
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required).

- Working schedule from Monday to Friday from 8:30 am until 5:00 pm EST.
- NO working for another company at the same time.
- NO hiring subs to do what we hired you to do.
