Remote, Philippines Citiside Property Management Full time ₱300,000 - ₱600,000 per year

We're looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Real Estate Appointment Setter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for proactively contacting potential clients, understanding their real estate needs, and setting appointments. This is a crucial role that serves as the first point of contact for our clients, so exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are a must.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate and manage contact lists from various sources, including online inquiries, expired listings, social media, and cold calling.
  • Make outbound calls to leads to identify and qualify their real estate goals.
  • Engage with potential clients to understand their needs and determine their readiness and motivation.
  • Set up and confirm appointments with qualified leads.
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions and appointments in our CRM system.
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition of leads and follow-up.
  • Meet and exceed daily and weekly appointment-setting goals.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a sales or telemarketing role, preferably within the real estate industry.
  • Strong communication and active listening skills.
  • Excellent phone etiquette and a persuasive, friendly demeanor.
  • Ability to handle objections and rejections professionally.
  • Goal-oriented with a strong drive to succeed.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and other sales tools.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is a plus.

WARNINGS:

  • NO TEMPORARY workers.
  • Working schedule from Monday to Friday from 8:30 am until 5:00 pm EST.
  • NO working for another company at the same time.
  • NO hiring subs to do what we hired you to do.
  • We terminate immediately due to these violations.

Citiside Properties is a property management company that manages properties for investors with portfolios of homes and/or multi-unit apartments needing off-site management.
