Key Responsibilities

  • Process and accurately post customer cash receipts and allocations.
  • Handle customer credit card payments, refunds, and chargeback disputes.
  • Research and resolve unidentified or unallocated cash transactions.
  • Perform daily cash reconciliations to ensure bank deposits align with posted payments.
  • Process AR adjustments (credit memos, debit memos, write-offs).
  • Monitor workflows via ticketing tools and address inquiries promptly.
  • Ensure timely filing and documentation of transactions.
  • Support special projects and other tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Experience: At least 2+ years of relevant AR or cash operations experience.
  • Strong knowledge of Accounts Receivable and Cash Accounting.
  • Hands-on experience with Oracle AR Module.
  • Advanced MS Excel skills (pivot tables, v-lookups).
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
  • Problem-solving mindset with ability to escalate issues when needed.
  • Flexible, adaptable, and committed to continuous improvement.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php40, Php60,000.00 per month
