Virtual Rockstar is hiring a Jr Graphic Designer on behalf of our client — a growing healthcare organization that supports multiple physical therapy and rehabilitation brands across the U.S. This role is perfect for a creative professional who thrives on designing engaging visuals that help people heal, move, and live better.

As the Jr Graphic Designer, you'll collaborate closely with the Director of Creative & Marketing to design marketing materials, digital assets, and social media content that elevate the organization's message and presence. You'll be a key part of bringing campaigns to life — ensuring every deliverable is polished, on-brand, and visually impactful.

Our client is part of a network of physical therapy and rehab clinics dedicated to helping patients move, recover, and thrive. They're seeking a talented and motivated designer to join their creative team and bring fresh energy to their visual content across 17 brands.

Responsibilities

  • Design engaging materials including flyers, brochures, posters, referral packets, and digital ads

  • Create social media graphics, multi-slide posts, reels, and short-form videos

  • Edit and produce video content (Adobe Premiere Pro strongly preferred)

  • Support website updates and content refreshes using WordPress

  • Prepare design drafts and mockups for team review and feedback

  • Maintain an organized digital asset library for all brands

  • Collaborate with the Director of Creative & Marketing to align visuals with campaign strategies

Requirements

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or related field — or equivalent experience

  • 1+ year of design and content creation experience in a professional setting

  • Online portfolio or digital showcase of your work required

Technical Proficiency

  • Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop required)

  • Adobe Premiere Pro (strongly preferred)

  • WordPress (content updates, media management, and formatting)

  • Familiarity with Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn content best practices

Creative & Professional Skills

  • Strong design eye for clean, professional, and engaging visuals

  • Ability to work across multiple brand styles and tones

  • Basic video editing or motion graphics experience a plus

  • Highly organized and detail-oriented

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills

  • Proactive, flexible, and open to feedback
