Senior Accounts Payable

Oversee end-to end accounts payable process, ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices, credit notes and payments
Should be able to manage wide-scale allocated portfolio of various Accounts Payable Staffs in accordance with the company's internal processes and agreed terms
Provide guidance, training and ongoing support to the Accounts Payable Staffs , fostering their professional development and technical capabilities
Supporting the Accounts Payable Supervisor with implementation of enhancements that will improve service quality and/or reduce the cost of doing business.
Review and verify vendor invoices and expense reports for compliance with company policies
Resolve discrepancies and communicate with vendors to address billing issues
Perform regular account reconciliations and support month-end and year-end close activities
Maintain vendor records and ensure proper documentation for audit and compliance purposes
Collaborate with cross-fucntional teams, including procurement and finance
Ensure adherence to internal controls and company policies
Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation
