We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced
Manager - Finance
to manage and oversee the company's financial operations, ensuring accurate record-keeping, timely reconciliations, and compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements, including BIR reporting and payroll administration.

  • Responsible for the Bank Reconciliation Report
  • Petty Cash Reconciliation, Petty Cash Custodian(ensures petty cash funds are always available for operating and general expenses).
  • Responsible for the Reconciliation of Staff IOU's.
  • Responsible for the Reconciliation of Staff Advance
  • Responsible for the Receivables Aging Monitoring
  • Responsible for the Payables Aging Monitoring
  • Responsible for conducting audit accounting records to ensure they are accurate and complete.
  • Reconciliation of GL and SL account on an annual audit.
  • In charge for the Verification of payment in Security Bank online payment.
  • In charge for the posting of Payroll entries.
  • Responsible for the Monthly Compliance Report.
  • In charge for the posting of Expat Payroll, monthly journal entries for Expat withholding tax, Monthly journal for Fringe Benefit.
  • Responsible for the computation and filing of Return of Withholding Tax Compensation monthly and Annually (1601C and 1601CF).
  • Responsible for the computation and Filing of Return of Withholding Tax Expanded monthly, Quarterly and Annually (0619E and 1601EQ.)
  • Responsible for the computation and Filing of Return of Final Income Taxes, monthly and Quarterly (0619F and 0619FQ)
  • Responsible for the computation and Filing of Return of Value Added Tax monthly and Quarterly (2550M and 2550Q).
  • Responsible for the computation and Filing of Returns of Quarterly Final Income Taxes Fringe Benefits(1603Q).
  • Responsible for the computation and Filing of Returns of Quarterly and Annual Income Tax (1702/Q and 1702 RT).
  • In charge for posting BIR Relief (monthly Sales).
  • In charge for posting of BIR Relief (monthly Purchases)
  • In charge for posting of Quarterly Alpha list of Payees/QAP
  • In charge for posting of Summary of Alpha list of Withholding Taxes/SAWT.
  • In charge for posting of Annual Information Return of Income Taxes Withheld on Compensation/2316.
  • Responsible for the preparation and filing of Books of Account.
  • Responsible for the filing of AFS via EAFS.
  • Liaising with Tax Consultants
  • Liaising with BIR RDO 51
  • Certified Public Accountant Preferred
  • With Freight Forwarding experience
  • Prior experience handling BIR preferred

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or finance, preferably in freight forwarding.
  • Prior experience handling BIR compliance, statutory reporting, and payroll administration.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, reconciliations, and financial audits.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems (CargoWise or similar preferred) and Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
