Job Description

As a Mid-Level Software Engineer, you'll be part of a collaborative team enhancing our client's flagship optimization platform. You'll develop TypeScript code, analyze data structures, maintain CI/CD pipelines, and troubleshoot operational challenges-all while contributing to world-class solutions that improve infrastructure across industries.

The Qualifications We Seek

• Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field of study (e.g., Computer Science) or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Experience: At least 3 years of professional experience delivering commercial software, with a strong focus on TypeScript
• A robust understanding of and enthusiasm for best practice engineering methodologies in software design, development, and testing
• A demonstrated ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work independently with minimal supervision
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• A background in engineering with the ability to mentally visualize and refine models of physical systems such as pipe networks, as well as more abstract timeseries and graphs of physical relationships.
• A passion for building high-quality software, ensuring a productive working environment, and achieving user satisfaction.
• Demonstrated ability to use initiative to achieve specified outcomes while working both individually and as part of a team.

Your Daily Tasks

• Work with a small, collaborative team to customize and enhance the core product
• Write clean, efficient TypeScript/JavaScript code while maintaining CI/CD pipelines
• Analyze data structures and diagnose operational issues efficiently
• Apply engineering skills to visualize and refine models of physical systems such as pipe networks and time-series graphs
• Build high-quality software that ensures productivity, stability, and user satisfaction
• Take initiative to achieve objectives individually and as part of a team
• Add value through experience with C#, .NET, WPF, or hydraulic modeling (a plus)
