Client Profile: This shared services company was established 14 years ago and provides professionals and enterprises inquiring problem-solving and decision-making tools. It is a division of a multinational information solutions supplier located in London.

Position: Digital Functional Coordinator

Industry: Shared Services Company

Location: Quezon City

Work Set up: Hybrid (Once a month RTO)

Salary: Php 60,000

Work Schedule: 9PM - 5AM or 6PM - 2AM

Requirements:

Bachelors Degree holder

Knowledgeable on any CMS tools and ecommerce system

Experience working with digital product teams is an advantage

Experience in handling multiple projects

Amenable for midshift working schedule

Responsibilities:

In charge of obtaining from the Business Units and informing the Functional Support Analysts of all in-house registration needs

Serve as the primary account manager and contact.

initial point of contact for all matters and guarantee prompt communication with the Business Unit's important contacts

Verify concerns brought up by business units and escalate as necessary.

Oversee the Functional Support team's daily task.

Recognize the intricate product architecture and the complete workflow,

Determine whether a problem is more likely to be technical or configuration-related.

Provide and put into effect best practices and methods of cooperation with the Product and Product Success teams.

Establish trusting bonds with the technical teams and functional support analysts.
