As we scale, we're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Online Learning Operations Coordinator to ensure our online classes run smoothly. What You'll Do:

  1. Class Coordination: Manage scheduling for online classes and ensure seamless communication with teachers, assistants, and students.

  2. Customer Service: Respond to inquiries from students and parents, resolving issues and creating resources (FAQs, guides) to address recurring questions.

  3. Teacher Assistant Support: Oversee and support teacher assistants, providing clear instructions and resources.

  4. Operational Improvements: Identify bottlenecks and collaborate on developing procedures/policies to streamline processes and improve efficiency.

What We're Looking For:

  1. Experience: 1–3 years in operations, education, customer service, or a similar role. Startup or edtech experience is a bonus

  2. Problem-Solving: A proactive mindset for identifying challenges and implementing practical solutions.

  3. Organization: Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.

  4. Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication to work with diverse stakeholders.

  5. Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with tools like Google Workspace, Airtable, and project management software.

Work Hours (Must Be Willing to Work Weekday Nights & Weekends):

  • Ops team will work in shifts to cover either regions:
  • Asia
  • Monday - Friday: 10 AM - 6 PM (GMT+8) or 1 PM - 9 PM (GMT+8)
  • Saturday - Sunday: Within 8 AM - 6 PM (GMT+8)
  • US
  • Monday - Friday: 3 PM - 11 PM (GMT-7)
  • Saturday - Sunday: 8 AM - 6 PM (GMT-7)
  • Required to complete 40 hours per week
