Location: #20 Corner Rose St., Reparo Rd., Barangay 161, Baesa, Caloocan City
Work Setup: On-site
Employment Type: Probationary (5 months)

Job Summary:

The Building Maintenance Personnel is responsible for the upkeep, repair, and maintenance of the office, warehouse, and building facilities of Exxel Prime Int'l Trading Inc. This role ensures that the working environment remains safe, clean, functional, and compliant with company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on electrical, plumbing, ventilation, and structural systems.

  • Conduct inspections of the facilities and report any damage or safety hazards.

  • Ensure cleanliness and orderliness of common areas, restrooms, storage rooms, and external premises.

  • Assist in moving furniture, equipment, and materials during renovations, transfers, or setups.

  • Coordinate with external contractors for specialized repair jobs as needed.

  • Respond to maintenance requests from departments in a timely and efficient manner.

  • Monitor inventory of tools, supplies, and maintenance equipment.

  • Ensure that safety protocols are followed in all repair and maintenance tasks.

Qualifications:

  • At least High School graduate or vocational/technical course graduate in Electrical, Plumbing, or Building Maintenance is preferred.

  • With at least 1 year of experience in facility or building maintenance.

  • Basic knowledge in carpentry, plumbing, painting, electrical works, and general repairs.

  • Ability to troubleshoot and handle tools/equipment safely.

  • Physically fit and capable of manual labor.

  • Strong sense of responsibility, reliability, and attention to detail.

  • Willing to work on-site in Baesa, Caloocan City.
