Key Responsibilities
1. Driving & Delivery
  • Operate company vehicles (e.g., vans, box trucks, forklifts) to transport goods between warehouses, suppliers, or customers.
  • Load and unload deliveries, ensuring proper handling of items.
  • Verify delivery instructions and obtain necessary signatures or proof of delivery.
2. Warehouse Operations
  • Receive, inspect, and organize incoming shipments.
  • Pick, pack, and prepare orders for dispatch according to schedules.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems (WMS).
  • Ensure warehouse cleanliness and safety compliance.
3. Logistics Coordination
  • Track and report shipment statuses and delivery times.
  • Assist in planning delivery routes for efficiency.
  • Coordinate with logistics teams, vendors, or 3PL partners to resolve issues.
4. Documentation & Compliance
  • Maintain delivery logs, shipping documents, and vehicle inspection reports.
  • Follow all safety, traffic, and transportation regulations.
  • Adhere to company policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
