Job Description

A Log Bulk Master oversees the safe navigation, operation, and cargo handling of a log bulk carrier vessel. This includes ensuring compliance with international regulations, company policies, and safe working practices, while also managing the crew and cargo operations. The Master is ultimately responsible for the safety of the crew, vessel, and cargo.

Skills and Qualifications:

A log bulk carrier Master's qualifications generally include a valid Master's license, extensive experience on bulk carriers, and specific experience handling log-timber cargo.
