Job Specification

  • Degree in BS Accountancy
  • CPA is a plus but not required
  • Experience with Auditing
  • Strong Problem-solving skills and ability to exercise sound judgement and make decision based on accurate & timely analysis.
  • Computer Literate (with hands-on experience in SAP)
  • Basic to intermediate knowledge in MS Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Team player and can work with less supervision.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and present accurate and timely financial reports to support strategic decision-making.
  • Budget Planning:
  • Develop comprehensive budget plans in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
  • Database Management:
  • Update and maintain financial databases, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial information.
  • Operational Optimization Strategies:
  • Develop strategies to optimize the finance department's operations for efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Leadership and Motivation:
  • Lead and motivate finance staff to achieve departmental and organizational goals.
  • Policy Enforcement:
  • Enforce company policies and regulations related to financial activities.
