Software Engineer – Backend-Focused Full Stack

We are looking for a highly skilled Full Stack Developer with strong backend expertise in Java (Spring Boot) and Python (Flask), as well as frontend experience using The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of RESTful API design, microservices architecture, and OpenAPI 3.0 specifications.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable RESTful APIs using Java (Spring Boot) and Python (Flask).
  • Implement and maintain microservices in a distributed architecture.
  • Collaborate with frontend developers to integrate APIs with user interfaces.
  • Work closely with DevOps and QA teams to ensure high-quality deployments.
  • Use OpenAPI 3.0 for API specification, documentation, and standardization.
  • Optimize system performance, scalability, and reliability.
  • Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and team planning activities.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement in engineering standards, tooling, and processes.

Required Skills:
  • Java 21 with Spring Boot (strong backend development experience)
  • Python 3.9 with Flask (REST API development)
  • , JavaScript, HTML, CSS (frontend integration experience)
  • Strong understanding of RESTful architecture and microservices
  • Proficiency in OpenAPI 3.0 (Swagger)
  • Solid grasp of software development best practices, version control (e.g., Git), and CI/CD workflows

Nice to Have:
  • Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)
  • Familiarity with PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or other modern databases
  • Experience with asynchronous programming, event-driven architectures, or message queues
  • Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies
