We are currently looking for a highly skilled Java Full Stack Developer with a strong backend development background and solid experience in frontend technologies. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and Kafka, while also being proficient in building and maintaining ReactJS-based user interfaces.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems using Java and Spring Boot.
  • Develop and integrate Kafka-based messaging solutions to support high-performance systems.
  • Contribute to frontend development using ReactJS to deliver responsive and user-friendly interfaces.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including DevOps, QA, and Product to ensure robust application delivery.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve software defects and system issues.
  • Participate in code reviews and technical discussions to improve overall code quality.
  • Ensure performance, security, and scalability of developed applications.

Qualifications

Must-Have:

  • 6–8 years of professional experience in software development
  • Strong hands-on experience with Java and the Spring Boot framework
  • Solid experience working with Apache Kafka for distributed systems or data streaming
  • Proven experience in ReactJS development
  • Familiarity with frontend technologies including HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript
  • Good understanding of RESTful API design and integration
  • Knowledge of software development lifecycle, CI/CD practices, and version control (e.g., Git)
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment

Good to Have:

  • Experience with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)
  • Familiarity with cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure, or GCP)
  • Exposure to unit testing frameworks and tools
  • Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
