Marketing Research Specialist

BGC, Taguig | Full-time, Office-based (Monday–Friday)

About the Role

We're looking for a Marketing Research Specialist to help drive our real estate marketing efforts through market studies, trend monitoring, and light digital marketing tasks. You'll play a key role in identifying opportunities, understanding buyer behavior, and supporting campaigns that connect the right properties to the right clients. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing research, administrative work, and creative marketing support — while keeping a close eye on industry and consumer trends.

What You'll Do

  • Conduct research on real estate market trends, property developments, competitor offerings, and target audience behavior.
  • Assist in executing basic digital marketing activities (social media posting, property listing updates, content scheduling, email campaigns).
  • Prepare reports and presentations summarizing research findings and recommendations.
  • Support administrative tasks related to marketing projects, open houses, and client events.
  • Coordinate with sales and property management teams to gather data and materials for campaigns.
  • Monitor brand and property presence across online channels and recommend improvements.

What We're Looking For

  • Graduate of Marketing, Business, Communications, or related course.
  • At least 6 months of experience in marketing, digital content, or research (real estate experience a plus).
  • Proficient in MS Office/Google Suite; familiarity with basic design tools is a plus.
  • Strong research and analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of market and social media trends; interest in property and real estate marketing is an advantage.
