Reports To: QA/QC Manager / Project Manager / Quality Head

Job Summary:

The QA/QC Architect is responsible for ensuring that all architectural works and finishes comply with design specifications, quality standards, and client requirements. The role involves inspecting works, reviewing materials and shop drawings, coordinating with contractors, and ensuring that all architectural deliverables meet company and project quality objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and monitor QA/QC systems and procedures for architectural works in accordance with project quality plans.
• Review architectural drawings, specifications, and materials to ensure compliance with design intent and quality standards.
• Conduct inspections for architectural and finishing works on-site, ensuring adherence to approved drawings and specifications.
• Identify and document non-conformities, prepare corrective action reports, and follow up on closure.
• Coordinate with design, engineering, and construction teams to resolve quality-related issues.
• Ensure materials and workmanship comply with project requirements, codes, and standards.
• Assist in preparing and maintaining quality documentation such as ITPs (Inspection Test Plans), checklists, and quality reports.
• Participate in internal and external audits and ensure proper implementation of QA/QC measures.
• Verify mock-ups and sample approvals prior to mass implementation.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives related to architectural quality and performance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture.
• Licensed Architect (preferred).
• Minimum of 3–5 years of QA/QC experience in construction projects, particularly in architectural finishes.
• Strong knowledge of architectural materials, standards, and finishing works.
• Familiarity with QA/QC procedures, ISO standards, and project documentation.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, and other relevant software.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and coordination abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php25, Php35,000.00 per month
