The
Sr. Quality Assurance Specialist - QMS
is responsible for ensuring compliance with ISO 9001 and other relevant standards by maintaining, improving, and implementing quality management processes. This role will involve conducting internal audits, overseeing document control, coordinating risks and process reviews, and facilitating continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and compliance across the organization.

As part of the CPAG team, the role contributes to organizational governance, process efficiency, and service quality by ensuring that systems are compliant, measurable, and continuously improving.

Quality Management & ISO Compliance

• Maintain and update the Quality Management System (QMS) in alignment with ISO 9001 standards, applicable corporate governance policies and other relevant regulations.
• Ensure that all department processes are documented, controlled, and consistently audited.
• Act as the primary liaison with certification bodies for annual surveillance and certification audits
• Maintain documentation and reports related to QMS activities, including audits, non-conformities, corrective actions, and management review.
• Support corporate policy harmonization and procedure integration initiatives in alignment with CPAG

Internal Audit Program

• Design and implement the internal quality audit IQA schedule.
• Lead cross-functional internal audit teams, ensuring comprehensive evaluations of department processes.
• Track audit findings, corrective actions, and ensure follow-up closure in a timely manner.

Continuous Improvement

• Identify opportunities for improvement from audit results, operational data, and feedback loops.
• Support Lean, Kaizen, or process standardization projects to improve efficiency and reduce non-value-added steps.
• Promote a culture of "Excellence through Discipline" and "Documentation Before Execution".
• Maintain a database of improvement initiatives and report measurable results to the QMS Manager.
• Assist in developing process performance dashboards for CPAG's reporting to management

Training & Awareness

• Conduct QMS-related awareness and training sessions to enhance employee understanding of quality standards and compliance.
• Develop "Process Champions" in each department to ensure QMS principles are applied consistently.
• Provide coaching on internal audit techniques, document control, and process standardization.

Risk and BCP

• Maintain a business key risk register and ensure business continuity planning (BCP) processes are in place.
• Participate in risk-based audits and incident investigations when process gaps or compliance issues are identified.
• Support compliance reporting to management and regulatory agencies as required.

Customer Focus and Service Quality

• Assist in monitoring and analyzing customer feedback, complaints, and satisfaction surveys.
• Coordinate with concerned units to ensure customer issues are properly logged, analyzed, and resolved.
• Use customer data to identify improvement opportunities that enhance service delivery and customer trust.

To succeed and grow in this role, you will be required to meet the following qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree, preferably Industrial Engineering or Internal audit
• At least three years working experience with an ISO certified organization
• Proficient in documenting processes, workflows, and standard operating procedures
• Knowledge of auditing standards and procedures
• Ability to conduct comprehensive risk assessments through collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
