Quality Assurance Specialist – Australian Mortgage (Remote)

The Role

We are expanding our Quality Assurance (QA) team and seeking professionals with 2–3 years of experience in either the Australian mortgage industry or Quality Assurance—ideally both. The QA Specialist will play a critical role in ensuring the functionality, accuracy, and efficiency of our platform, specifically focusing on the integration of calculators and lender policies. This role will ensure that the calculators and other tools used by brokers to compare policies from different lenders work seamlessly and correctly.

You will:

  • Develop, implement, and maintain QA processes and frameworks to uphold company quality standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve errors or discrepancies.
  • Validate updates and changes to ensure they align with lender-specific rules and regulations.
  • Identify and resolve discrepancies in data or calculations promptly and effectively.
  • Collaborate with the development and data teams to ensure seamless platform functionality and user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • 2–3 years of experience in Quality Assurance or Australian mortgage operations (experience in both is a plus).
  • Focuses on accuracy and quality in handling numbers and data.
  • Makes thoughtful decisions and applies practical judgment in day-to-day tasks.
  • Comfortable learning new concepts, tools, and processes.
  • Communicates clearly and collaborates well in a fast-paced, remote environment.
