Job Description:

  • Oversee the entire financial management function of the organization.
  • Develop financial strategies and ensure alignment with the company's goals.
  • Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
  • Analyze financial performance and provide insights to top management for decision-making.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory laws, tax regulations, and internal policies.
  • Supervise finance and accounting teams, providing guidance and development support.
  • Coordinate with external auditors, banks, and government agencies.
  • Implement and maintain robust internal controls and financial systems.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or MBA preferred).
  • At least 5–7 years of relevant experience, with 2–3 years in a managerial capacity.
  • Strong analytical, strategic planning, and leadership skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and financial management.
  • Proficiency in financial software and advanced MS Excel skills.
  • Excellent communication, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.
