Position Title: Lead Developer

Job Summary:

Responsible for the development of highly complex application design, programs, interfaces and related facilities according to approved business specifications, regulatory and company standards.  

  • Collaborates with the Business Analyst to provide design inputs and estimates in the preparation of Requirements Definition.
  • Responsible for designing technical solution to a specific set of business requirements within the framework defined by the Enterprise Architecture.
  • Documents system design and programs specifications in technical design document.
  • Writes complex programs and codes based on approved technical design.
  • Conducts unit testing on written codes to ensure program perform per design at the unit level. 

Role Exposure:

  • Be part of the digital transformation journey of the bank.
  • Be trained in translating software requirements into workable programming code and maintain and develop programs for use in business.
  • Enhance your creative and analytical skills by studying the consumer market and client needs to develop cutting-edge applications.

Qualifications:

  • With at least 8 years experience in systems design, programming and/or systems software and support
  • With at least 5 years experience in leading team

  • Technical Skills: Mulesoft Development, API Development.

  • Programming Language: JAVA, PL/SQL and Linux

  • Knowledge of end-to-end systems development life cycles and other modern approaches to software development
