We're looking for a candidate with a strong background in management or real estate. The ideal person should also demonstrate a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to adapt quickly to changing project requirements. As Billing Department Lead, you will be responsible for
  • Recording invoices in Buildium, including entering invoice details.
  • Paying invoices in Buildium to vendors.
  • Recording checks from vouchers in Buildium and verifying against bank records and websites.
  • Following up on rent payments for buildings without e-pay, recording them in the system.
  • Following up on open balances for rent, including calling, texting, and emailing tenants.
  • Coordinating with the team on monthly income and expenses for each property.
$800 - $900 a month
